If you find an online store that offers a lower price than we do simply let us know and we'll match the price! It is extremely important for us to offer only the best prices possible. If, within three months of purchase, you find an online store that offers the item in question at a lower price than we do, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference and we’ll also give you $100 ! In order to request a partial refund, all you need to do is e-mail us links to the same product on our website, as well as on the cheaper competitor's website. Once again, no more than three months can pass from the date of your order for you to still be eligible for the refund.
Please bear in mind that our 100% Price Match Guarantee does have some limitations:
You must have purchased the product from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
Purchases made during special promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
The competitor's website must have the product in question in stock in their warehouse.
The competitor may not have a retail location and must be an online store.
The competitor may not be a discounter, marketplace or an online auction house (i.e. Overstock, eBay, etc.)
The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the item the Price Match Guarantee has been requested for.
The $100 that are given to the customer come in the form of a coupon that can be used for all orders above $1,200.
The Price Match Guarantee does include the product's price and shipping charges. It also excludes tax law.
